The ABC Christmas concert is back! This has traditionally been one of our most popular events, combining some of the greatest seasonal music and carols with the special intimacy of a candlelit atmosphere.
The backbone to the programme will be Benjamin Britten's evocative A Ceremony of Carols with harp accompaniment. We will also be singing Poulenc's magical Quatre Motets pour le temps de Noel and some of the many wonderful twentieth century carols by composers such as Jonathan Dove and Elizabeth Poston. And there will be plenty of traditional carols, with the opportunity for you to join in and sing!
All takes place at (map), a familiar ABC venue within easy walking distance of South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations, and well served by buses (routes passing near the church are C1, 14, 49, 70, 74, 211, 345, 360, 414).
